Beefy Bert is a boy in Henry's class. He is a member of The Purple Hand Gang. He is best known for being verbally limited to saying "I dunno" except for a few examples. In Horrid Henry Gets Rich Quick, he asked "Have you got any food?".
When Miss Battle-Axe asks a question, he replies with his usual "I dunno" followed by an intellectual answer.
He usually sits next to Gorgeous Gurinder in class.
Trivia:
- He is the only character to have his voice changed since Series 1. In Series 1 Bert had a more deeper and lower pitched voice.
- In Series 1, Horrid Henry Tricks the Tooth Fairy, he appears to be tougher and more bully-like than in the rest of the show.
