- Giant Germ - A common and non-moving enemy, can be stunned by slime.
- Pink Germ - A turret based enemy, fires shots upwards.
- Crawling Germ - A moving enemy that can walk up to Henry.
- Alarm Bot - Similar to Purple Germ but moves in the air and cardinal directions.
- Sewer Shark - An aquatic enemy that can be found underwater.
- Goo Bot - Slightly faster than the Crawling Germ.
- Margaret's Goo Robot - The boss.
