He appears to laugh at the end of everything he says, implying that he is a jolly man or he may have anxiety, or it could also be just a habit of his.

Frosty Steve appears in "Horrid Henry and the Ice Cream Dream" and "Horrid Henry and the Big Freeze Wheeze", where he is shown to occupy a managerial position in the Frosty Freeze Ice-Cream Factory and judging the winning snowman. In “Horrid Henry Goes To The Park” where he was in the queue waiting to see Ed Banger like everyone else. In "Horrid Henry and the Funny Bunny Hop" where he is in the audience watching Peter onstage dressed as a pink bunny singing 'Funny Bunny Hop'.

- He and Wrinkly Ron are the only characters in the series whose nicknames don't begin as the same letter as their name. In the case of Frosty Steve, the name was most likely chosen as it sounds phonetically similar to Frosty Freeze, even though it does not alliterate.
