Prissy Polly Penelope is Henry's cousin who is usually seen smiling and giggling hysterically. She marries Pimply Paul in the episode: Horrid Henry's Wedding and together, they have one daughter together, Vomiting Vera. She is played by Kimberley Walsh in Horrid Henry: The Movie. She is 28 years old and is shown smiling.
In the Horrid Henry cartoons, she is shown to squeal more than in the books, and also have episodes of anger, usually around Henry. Even when she is angriest, she seems to be smiling strangely.In the TV series, she has short, wavy blonde hair, wears a pink blouse, blue jeans, a sash belt and is voiced by Joanna Ruiz.
In Horrid Henry's Wedding, it's revealed that her surname is Penelope. It is also revealed that Pimply Paul's surname is Peregrin, so that Polly's name would now be that because she married to Paul.
